Requirements

Requirements

The procedure to obtain a security box is simple and is designed for your comfort and privacy.

– Copy of identity card or passport.

– Copy of a second identification.

– Annual Payment in full.

– Copy of identification of the legal representative.

– Copy of Second Identification (ex. License) of the legal representative.

– Certification of existence and legal representation of the company issued by the public registry.

– Minutes of the board of directors or general shareholders meeting where they authorize the hiring or renting of security boxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • “All cancellations must be received at least 30 days of anticipation.
  • Refunds are subject to cancellation fee and we will collect the money for the service already provided by Best Safety Boxes.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (info@bestsafetyboxes.com), fax 507) 301-0829 ( ATTN: administration).
  • Refunds will be issued through a check.
